ModuVated Boot Camps:
Modu and his team encourage clients to thrive off of the

atmosphere that keeps clients motivated. It is a lot
harder to quit when the guy next to you is giving it his
all! The one hour and 15 minute Boot Camp workouts on
the beach combine stretching, strengthening, muscle
building and cardio for one fat-blasting good time. The
Boot Camp workouts provide the inspiration, variation
and most importantly, the enjoyment factor to energize
your workout.

Certified Personal Trainer Modu Seye and his team
teach health and fitness as a way of life, using their
compassionate yet tough style to guide clients through
the maze of diet and exercise fads and onto a path that
suits their individual needs. Whether your goal is to
lose fat, build definition or just get moving, Modu and
his team provide clients with an arsenal of information and
support to help you break through plateaus. A 55 minute
training session can be tailored to fit your personal
needs and promises to push your body and mind to new
heights.
