We're all born human...
Some with perks genetically but non the less, same
tools. Modu took me on a journey that started with a
smile. I would say the number one key to my success
was being held accountable to reach manageable
goals. He taught me the science of how calories work
and I dare say I wasnt blown away at how simple
loosing weight really is. Modu became my instructor
in gym, constantly testing the my muscles in ways I
never thoguht possible. Shortly thereafter outside
on the track and the stadium stairs "ModuVated Boot

If you are looking to lose
weight, build endurance, and reduce your metabolism
naturally, Modu's total body work out is definitely
for you. Modu has developed a Niche enabling
people to gain and maintain their motivation and
excitement while working through a total body
fitness regiment. This regiment will help each
trainee work toward a longterm fitness oriented
lifestyle change. Although, in the begining,
you will likely experience blood sugar fluctuations,
work-out sicknesses during and after sessions, and
total loss of breath/energy; the intensity of each
workout will build core strength, improve balance,
and strengthen the heart and circulatory system by
way of a sustained increased heart rate, driven by
high intensity low impact resistance training.
This was exactly what I
needed for the first stage of my Health Improvement
Initiative (HII). I wanted to reduce my total
body-fat percentage and prepare for directed
strength training and muscle building
simultaneously. I knew that I would need
reduced fat, improved cardio endurance, and a
modified diet in order to take muscle development to
the next level in phase two of my HII. After
the first few sessions, it was clear that Modu would
be the trainer to get me through the first phase.
My gradual improvements gave me further confidences
to continue to train and also helped me make several
critical diet changes; such as reduced alcohol and
carbs/caloric intake as suggested by Modou.
After a few ModuVated bootcamps, I realized that he
believes in what he preaches because he lives it
himself at an entirely different level!
Although he is way up there on the fitness charts,
he strives to take the time to address and
assimilate to the various fitness needs of clients
at all levels.
Now that I have lost the
desired weight and excess body fat targeted in my
first phase initiative, I am ready to initiate the
second phase of my HII and build core and muscle
size, definition, and strength. This will
require more days focused on muscle building and
fewer doing total body endurance training; as
suggested by Modou. He says that endurance
training will always be a central part of my
work-out regimen, but not primary, as I do not want
to lose too much weight if I am to meet my next
phase goals. In phase II, I anticipate new
challenges and a different focus from Moduo as well.
I think that he will transition smoothly from the
total body training niche he's mastered so well, to
helping me achieve my muscle definition, size, and
strength; as it is clear that he has successfully
accomplished this for himself. I like to
challenge myself and my freinds and collegues and as
such present him with my second phase (HII)
challenge: 8 months of directed muscle building and
strength training to get me noticeably and safely to
my goals of developing clear muscle size,
definition, and strength. I am motivated
enough to commit more time to achieve this and I
believe that Modou has the ModuVated advantage to
help me realistically achieve my goals by supporting
and guiding me through the proper hard work.

My name is Collin
Cleary. I just moved to Sherman Oaks, CA at
the end of December. I signed up for a
membership at the local 24 hour fitness and it came
with 10 training sessions. I was extremely
fortunate to be placed in the hands of Modou Seye.
From the moment I met him, I could tell by his own
physique that he was exactly the man I wanted
training me. I wanted lean muscle and less
body fat, and he obviously knew something I didn't
about how to obtain it. When we started, I had
about 14% body fat. After just one month and a
half, I was down to 12%. Now, having only been
in California for 3 months, I'm down to 9% body fat!
Thanks to Modou's extensive knowledge and amazingly
positive attitude, I have been achieving the goals
that I set out to achieve, and I have also made a
new friend in the process. Any person who has

Modou Seye is an outstanding
personal trainer. He takes a personal interest in
each of his client’s workout goals and designs a
workout that targets their problem areas. One of the
things I liked best about our sessions was that he
continually encouraged me throughout the workout so
I wanted to work hard and push myself to finish the
last set even though I was tired. He
always checked in during and after a set to see if I
was feeling the exercise in a specific muscle, if
the weight was ok, and if I was doing alright.
I worked with Modou for approximately 7 weeks and
lost 14 pounds. My coworkers are always talking
about how flat my stomach looks and my friends and
family are continuously telling me how much
healthier I look now. He taught me how to use the
gym to my advantage. I used to go to the gym, do
cardio, and then workout on some machines. After
working with Modou, I know what exercises to do to
focus on the areas I need the most work on. I am
seeing results for the first time and I am able to
continue to do these exercises on my own. I
actually look forward to going to the gym now
because I enjoy the workouts I am doing. He showed
me that I don’t have to spend 30 minutes on the
treadmill to get my cardio in. I can do super sets
instead that will keep my heart rate up, work my
muscles, and keep me moving around so I don’t get
bored like I did when I was on the cardio machines.

I started training with Modou
last year in preparation for a cruise vacation.
I was hesitant to work with a trainer for the first
time in my life but I was hooked after my first
session – Modou’s training style is a perfect match
for me. He pushed me hard, and it was always
to my benefit. I have never felt so good in my
life. With Modou’s guidance and encouragement
I completely changed my lifestyle and have never
felt better. I didn’t expect to enjoy working
out as much as I do now! I learned that I am
capable of achieving what I set my mind to do.
I surprised myself with my strength, ability, and
determination. When I thought I couldn’t do

of all... If you cant tell that Modu knows his way
around a gym just by looking at him you are living
in a false sense of reality. Modu's physique
leaves the post cgi Spartans from 300 standing in
awe. If you still need reassurance after
seeing this guy take it from me... Modu will taylor
a workout that you will not soon forget.
Modu's workouts do not fit the mold of the
stereotypical trainer, you will be constantly
pushing yourself with exercises that you have never
dreamed of... and if you think that you will breeze
through Modu's bosu hill climbers you are in for a

What
defines success? While there are so many ways
to define it, for me it’s about setting a goal, big
or small, and accomplishing it. Often, we all
are faced with obstacles that prevent us from
achieving our goals. It was with the help of
Modu Seye that I was able to accomplish one of my
larger goals and would like to thank him for helping
me with more than just getting fit and healthy but
for helping with attitude, perspective and
friendship.
I have been an athlete my
entire life, competitive and motivated by nature
while enjoying a healthy lifestyle. As many of
us know though, life’s challenges present themselves
and our goals often get pushed aside. Over the
course of a year I had gained between 20-25 pounds
and was not happy with my appearance and lifestyle.
At the end of August 2008, I
joined a gym and was determined to drop some of the
weight I gained. As part of my membership, I
was introduced to Modu for a few training sessions.
I had worked with trainers before so I was naturally
skeptical of well he could train and honestly had no
intentions of hiring a trainer on a long term
basis.
Needless to say all that
changed after working with Modu for a month. I
decided to continue my journey with Modu as my
guide. Modu is neither a miracle worker nor a
magician. What he does best is take those like
myself, who want to be challenged, have goals and
provides the tools to help reach a maximum
potential. Modu’s own experiences and vast
knowledge of training lends itself in each of our
sessions. For example, most people know an
exercise or two to work abdominal muscles. As
part of my training, Modu constantly introduces new
and innovative ways of working the same muscle
groups in order to keep me interested and my muscles
challenged.
I have been working with Modu
for 7 months now. Modu’s personal life’s goals
and career have carried through in everything we do.
In addition to the twice a week workouts we have
together, I have joined a small group of people on
Sundays for a boot camp style workout led by Modu
himself. He is always there for me and his
other clients. This has encouraged me to go to
the gym on my own even during my extensive travels
for work. Please accept my short story

was late Christmas Eve, and I decided to get myself a great
Christmas gift ... my pre-pregnancy body back as soon as

Being
a model I have to stay thin and trim, and my trouble area has
always been my lower body- stomach, hips, butt, I tend to have a
natural pear shape and since I am smaller on top it looked out
of proportion. I tried working out on my own but really wasn't
getting the result in that area, I needed help. I turned to Modu
because he understands models and what we need, especially the
ladies- we don't want bulky muscles and we surely don't want to
increase in size, but we want to be long, lean, sinewy and
beautiful. Modu has been working on my for 2 months using his
unique full body training methods and my upper legs have leaned
out, my butt has lifted and become smaller, and my stomach is
super flat. Meantime I have dropped my body fat as well, and I
have a super svelte physique now, I absolutely love it. I was a
good model before but with my new lean lines Modu is turning

I met Modu in March 2009 after
making a decision to change my
life and finally give my physical well being some importance. I
did not know what to expect when I walked in the gym to talk to
a personal trainer but I was very fortunate that I bumped in to
Modu on his way out of the gym. Despite his hectic schedule he
managed to make some time to talk and listened to my expectation
from a personal trainer. He then explained to me the two types
of clients that approach him. He mentioned clients that come to
him to achieve short term goals and the ones who will train hard
and are persistent enough to achieve long term goals. He said
that it does not really matter which category I belong to
because he was willing to help me achieve my goals regardless. I
told him that my goals are long term and I plan to make my
physical training as part of my lifestyle for infinite number of
reasons all which are geared towards better health and
well-being. After a brief conversation with him regarding his
training methods and recommended nutrition plan I was already
convinced that he was going to be the right person who can take
me from point A to B in this area. From the first day to the
last day of our training session three months later the only way
I could describe every session was constant hard work from the
beginning to the end. Because of this I was not surprised of the
result that I achieved during this time period. The biggest
change that I can remember was the first month of my training.
This is when I lost 15lbs and my physical conditioning improved
to a level pass my expectations. The biggest achievement that I
got from training with this great trainer was the change in
mindset in my workout and self discipline when it comes to my
eating habit. Modu’s training method is fun and is proven to
work seeing this for myself and what I saw and heard from all of
his previous and current clients whom I had a chance to workout
with during the Moduvated boot camp every Sunday.

My
name is Raquel Viksten and I am so very proud to be Modu's first
INTERNATIONAL client... and the most unexpected I'm sure! When I
met Modu through a mutual friend he came down to Cabo for a
visit and I was instantly a fan of his positive attitude and
outlook on life but it wasn't until I personally experienced
what great changes he has the ability to inspire in a persons
life that I truly appreciated his craft. One thing i must share
is that prior to my new healthy lifestyle provoked by Modu - it
had been three very long and fast food infested years since even
the slightest attempt at workout. There was a point in my life
that working out was a huge part of my life but it was all
placed inside a gym that had the same ambience as a nightclub-
over baked skin tones, lots of hoop earrings and black eye
shadow, huge men that could not walk with their arms down... it
left me moody and withdrawing from society, sounds dramatic but
well its the truth... after six months of hard training at the
gym I quit altogether. Decided if I couldn't work out myself,
then ill take a course and train other people and get paid for
it... never applied it and forgot almost everything I learned.
So back to Modu- we had a good talk one evening and he made me
see things in a different perspective. One aside from vanity,
and dieting and maybe him being aware of my constant digging
into my own existence and purpose here he knew my trigger , and
I began to wonder why if I only have one chance at this
beautiful life, why wouldn't I want to have my body, my tool, in
top condition, able to perform whatever may come my way, top
condition for my mind and my body. Hearing my past horrors of
the gym, we took it to the beach... Lets just say in the past 7
weeks I've maybe taken three days off from the grueling
intensity of soft sand running combined with obstacle course
activities along with the typical push ups and sit ups....I owe
it all to his bootcamp. Its become a definite staple in my life.
I work in the nightclub industry and it doesn't matter if I'm
leaving work at 3am, my passion to continue progressing with the
bootcamp gets me up at 530am ready to go! I no longer have to do
that little jean dance once the jeans are zipped up just to make
them fit without sucking me in, and my face doesn't look
swollen. Over all my life has absolutely changed. I have more
energy, my sleep is more restful, my mind is more sharp and
clear, my enthusiasm with the things I do is at an all time high
(something we never thought could possibly get any higher). I
really owe it to my magnificent friend Modu. He has made a very
important impact on my life, and the respect I have for him is
ever growing. When I wrote home for the first time to Canada to
share my new life change with friends and family you wont
believe the amount of disbelief I got in response, no one
thought this would every come about. I suppose all I needed was
a modelesque , statuesque , beautiful , chisled , saint of a man
? hahah And the saga continues....

Before
I started Boot Camp I was working out at the gym, 3 to 4 times a
week. I was getting frustrated because I wasn't seeing the
results I wanted. Then I was fortunate enough to find out about
Moduvated Boot Camp. That is when my life changed. It's a total
body workout. Very intense and challenging. I started to see
results quickly, I was becoming addicted to this new workout.
Modu always finds a way to make it fun and push us further each
time. I found myself changing my whole lifestyle, eating better

Everyone SHOULD DO this type of training for
their own good. The first week I started to do booth camp, after
a LONG time of not doing any kind of exercise, my body
experienced a real transformation which brought me to a better
physical condition. For medical and work reasons, I couldn't

NEVER
in my life would I have imagined that I would do
anything like this boot camp. When my wife started
telling me about this program, I honestly though she
was crazy. I am a fairly active person that loves
the outdoors. I have grown up hunting, fishing,
skiing and doing most anything that is outside and
in nature. I have always been happy with my body,
and have never understood why anyone would take the
time or pay for a “boot camp” when they can easily
just go for a walk or run on the beach on their own.
After meeting Modu (I have very much respect for him as a friend
and trainer), and all of the other boot campers, I realize that
a person has to push themselves. Just like most things in life,
once you are in your “comfort zone” you get lazy. Pushing
yourself to new limits is always enlightening and it feels
awesome.
I have met new people at boot camp that I really like, and as we
all know it is great to hang around people that push you up
instead of drag you down. Special thanks to Isabelle and Wendy
also for giving me an extra kick in the butt to keep rolling.

 For
a while I was feeling that no matter how much I
worked out, I was not seeing results. My 41 years
were catching up with me and I felt a little
discouraged. But after returning from Cabo, I've
been complimented on my body and asked what I'm
doing to stay in shape. I was surprised that the
results would be so quick since I only took four of
your classes. It feels great though and I can't
thank you (and Isabelle) enough for pushing hard

bootcamp program for me, physically, has helped me
lose weight after I worked for so long to lose. I am
almost back at my regular weight! I feel much
stronger, and more focused. I have always only ever
done one on one training. Modu is the major and main

me, and he made it so much fun, and “shamed” me of

love it !! I started to go to the gym the 4 previous weeks
before the boot camp, because I didn`t want to start from
scratch. The first 2 weeks at the boot camp was hard, but now I
cannot wait to do it, I feel very good and I think that I am
ready to do at least 3 days per week.
Since I started at the gym, like 8 weeks ago, I also cancel to
drink coffee, soft drinks, beer, white bread, no sugar. I drink
2 liters of water or more per day. I am eating at least 4 meals
per day, sometimes five
Since 8 weeks I lose 15 pounds already, and I feel excellent !!!
I am trying to recommend the exercise and the boot camp to
everybody!!!
I just decided to go on holidays because my schedule at work and
the kids, and I will be out of town from tomorrow till the 31th,
so I will lose 4 sessions, I am very sad about that, but I will
try to do my routine, wherever I would be.

yesterday. Apart from a beautiful setting with a incredible
sunset, the cruise ship in the horizon and fabulous weather; it
is truly inspiring to see my boot camp peeps make such great
progress. I feel so proud of all and motivated to work harder
when Modu yells "make it burn, make it well done" :).

This
year I made a resolution to get back into shape and to get
healthier. It was my will, and desire to do so, but this wish
would have never come to pass if not for the help, motivation
and training that the Moduvated team has provided this goal
would have been like any other new year’s resolution, left in
the dust.
Thanks to Modu Seye’s and his team of experts, I have changed my
lifestyle. Exercise and healthy living have become a big part of
my daily activities. I feel so much healthier. Thank you.
